Dave Surti

Principal



As Principal of Camber Real Estate Partners, Mr. Surti is responsible for overseeing the underwriting, due diligence, closing and asset management of the firm’s investments.

Prior to co-founding Camber Real Estate Partners, Mr. Surti was a Director at Advance Realty where he executed on the firm’s acquisitions and capital markets transactions and facilitated asset management efforts. Prior to Advance, Mr. Surti was with AREA Property Partners, LP, now a subsidiary of ARES Capital Management. There, he was responsible for portfolio-level analyses and investor relations for the firm’s opportunistic and value-add investment vehicles. These vehicles comprised $3.6 billion in equity capital invested on behalf of pension funds, university endowments, sovereign wealth funds and high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Surti graduated cum laude from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Christopher Bellapianta

Managing Principal



Mr. Bellapianta is the Managing Principal of Camber Real Estate Partners and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations, including financial, investment and partnership activities. Mr. Bellapianta is focused on sourcing, structuring and capitalizing investments for the firm including special situation debt and equity opportunities.

Prior to co-founding Camber Real Estate Partners, Mr. Bellapianta was a Managing Director and Principal at Advance Realty where he led all acquisition and finance activities, acquiring over 3.1 million square feet and closing transactions with a total capitalization exceeding $750.0 million. Prior to joining Advance, Mr. Bellapianta served as Director of Acquisitions at Madison Capital, where he was part of a team that acquired performing and non-performing senior and subordinate debt on transactions with a total capitalization exceeding $425.0 million.

Mr. Bellapianta is actively involved with several charitable, educational, civic and industry organizations. He resides in Montclair, New Jersey with his family. Mr. Bellapianta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Hobart College. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Peter Stevens

Managing Director



Peter Stevens serves as a Managing Director, responsible for the asset management of the firm’s portfolio investments. In this capacity, he manages an internal team of asset management professionals to formulate and execute leasing, construction, and operations initiatives for each property from acquisition through disposition. In conjunction with the firm’s principals, the team collaborates directly with investment partners, lenders, and third parties to ensure best-in-class execution of investment strategies across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Camber, Peter was the Director of Investments at Javeri Capital, a New York-based developer and operator that focused on urban mixed-use projects. At Javeri, he had broad sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and leasing responsibility, leading over $125 million of capital markets transactions. Peter started his career at Tishman Speyer in the firm’s New York headquarters, serving in both the New York Acquisitions and Development and Portfolio Management groups.

Peter graduated summa cum laude with dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences. At Penn, he was a member of the Sprint Football team. He resides in Holmdel, NJ with his wife and two daughters.

Kevin Interlicchio

Director



Kevin Interlicchio is the Director of Acquisitions at Camber Real Estate Partners and is responsible for helping form the firm’s acquisition strategy, sourcing new deals, overseeing the underwriting process, negotiating agreements, conducting due-diligence, and closing on the firm’s investments.

Prior to joining Camber Real Estate Partners, Kevin was a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate where he was responsible for transacting on over 42.7 million square feet of industrial product and closing transactions with a total capitalization exceeding $5.5 billion.  Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Kevin spent time at Norges Bank Investment Management, where he was part of a team that purchased KTR alongside Prologis and subsequently transacted on over $1.3B of industrial real estate.

Kevin lives in Ramsey, New Jersey with his family. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University where he also was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Fordham University.
